Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, which is your email address and your message. We use it solely to answer you, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

Our lawful basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Who processes it

Messages reach us through a form service provided by Google, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. These processors may store data outside the United Kingdom, under the safeguards that UK data protection law requires. They do not use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies, or anonymised audience measurement, may be used. The tasting grid runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept only for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@lepalaissubtil.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
